Aaron finishes up Miss Coree’s anniversary pond (with lots of help from Coree!) We think it turned out pretty good. What do you all think?

[Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Good morning everybody. Welcome to Applash and Eclectic. I’m Aaron. Miss Corey is already getting started. She’s chomping at the bit. And today we are going to clean up and get our yard all ready for my favorite part of the year, which is fall. So I can start my Halloween decorations. [Music] No, not happy with this part. [Music] That’s a whole lot of mulch. That’s two yards of mulch that we now get to move with a wheelbarrow and a shovel. Here goes nothing. [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Okay, everybody. So, one thing I do need to kind of fix up a little bit uh here on the pond is one, I need to move our uh water line so it’s not visible, but we wanted to have a real good sound. You know, we wanted the waterfall to be high so we could have have a lot of noise, especially with the road right here. And you can see it splashed out a little bit of water. Uh we don’t have a creek or stream on here, so we have to fill it up out of the well. So, I don’t want the water level dropping that much. We’re just going to go ahead and fix this up. I have an idea right here and make it look prettier anyway and we won’t have to worry about all water splashes. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Heat up here. [Music] [Applause] [Music] All right. So, I think that looks a whole lot better. You can see the liners a little bit. I might clean it up a little bit more when I redo the plumbing, but for right now, that looks uh a whole lot better than it did anyway. [Music] Heat up here. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] All right, guys. So, I think everything looks really good and uh yeah, we’re happy with it. Couple tiny little odds and ends I still need to finish, but I think it’s uh turned out well. So, make sure and like, subscribe, and share because I’m going to be doing a a full year video. We’ve been here just a little bit over a year, and we’ve done a lot, had a lot happen. I’m going to do just kind of a year recap. Uh, specifically with the front yard makeover and everything that we’ve seen over this year in our front yard. You’re not going to want to miss that one. All right, guys. Thanks for watching. See you next time.

  1. Do the dogs ever jump in the pool? y springers would have been in there in a micro second but then even one of the pups jumped in my mop bucket.

  2. You've Both, Done, An Amazing job at this home in the past year! It's almost unrecognizable from when you first moved in. 😊 👍

  3. Have you see the Insta360 X5 camera, you could create some great views when working on your videos. A travel creator uses it and it has me thinking your skills would find it fascinating to think about checking it out or their other camera line.

  4. Hi Coree & Aaron. Was wondering what type of mulch you are using , think it is wood ?.The garden looks great, what a difference from the first time we saw the house.Huge improvement to the property, adds value when you are going to sell the house.Definitely an oasis in the mountains. You both worked very hard but the results are great. From a boring property to a vibrant homestead.Enjoy watching the projects you do, thanks for sharing Coree & Aaron.
