Just checking on my monstera to see how it's doing since I recently repotted it, and that's when I noticed this teeny tint bug crawling on top of the perlite that's sitting on the soil. I've been dealing with a mild fungus gnat infestation so I was hoping it would be a baby gnat but it doesn't look like on to me. Does anyone recognize what this could be? I've only seen one of them so far.

Also more info: I think I may have overwatered my monstera so I'm trying to hold off on watering it for a while. It's by a west-facing window that gets covered with curtains so it's getting most of its sunlight from my Sansi 36W grow light. Humidity in the house ranges between low 50% to 60% if that matters

Idk what kind of bug that is but if it’s only one of them it’s probably fine I think.

I think those might be mites that are harmless and browning at the leaf tip tends to be underwatering

I could be wrong so somebody correct me if so, but I’ve seen insects similar to this in my plant not long ago and freaked out. This is likely a nymph roach. They like to take shelter and hide in moist soil that takes long to dry out. Not sure if they can directly harm your plants but I manually removed them and stuck a roach trap nearby just in case.
