I don't know a whole lot about philodendrons, but based on a google search my best guess would be micans? Top leaf has a sort of velvety appearance, (that's a little hard to see in the picture) bottom one doesn't.

edit: (or possibly melanochrysum I guess? I know it can be kinda hard with such a little leaf.)
