Known as the Godmother of Natural Landscaping, Lorrie’s spark ignited a movement that helped ban DDT, inspired the founding of Wild Ones, and continues to shape how we care for our yards and communities.

Her vision lives on through the Seeds for Education program, which has given thousands of students their first hands-on experience with native plants.
