I have a similar looking one that I believe is “Glacier”, which doesn’t usually have the speckles, but it does have the 2 shades of green and then white more in the center of the leaf rather than the edges like N’joy has.Â
Pearl & Jade is the one that is known to look more like N’Joy but has the speckles on the white parts of the leaves.Â
So what stumps me is that my supposed “Glacier” (just like yours) DOES put out some speckles on only some leaves, but not most of them. I think another hint here too is that the speckles on yours and mine are actually on both the white and green parts, where as Pearl & Jade I believe only has the speckles on the white parts.Â
So I’m guessing we both have Glaciers, mostly because of the two shades of green and the white patterns in the middle, because I dont think Pearl & Jade or N’Joy have the 2 shades of green. Its just the speckles that throw me off sometimes on the Glacier that makes me second guess myself.

I think it looks more like my Manjula than my Glacier. However, both are new to me and the Glacier in particular seems to be very young compared to my Manjula so I know that can make a difference in the variegation.
Here is my rescue Manjula (on left) and my Glacier (on right).
I second manjula, but its hard to say without seeing more leaves

Looks like p&j but would be easier to see with more pics of the leaves.

Are the leaves mostly this sort of heart shaped? Or are the leaves mostly sort of oval or long shaped? That would help with identification. I think either a p&j or manjula, depending on the leaf shape.
