This stuff is spreading like wildfire in my flower beds.
I’m aware of the seed pods that seem to explore when you try to remove them.

Has anyone any handy tips for getting rid long term?

I pull this by hand, stays in control.

I just pull it up and try and get to it before it has seeds forming, but just to say it’s some sort of creeping sorrel and definitely not red clover.

Just pull it by hand as fast as it appears and you’re good.

Though I don’t mind it as much as I should, it stays pretty low to the ground, looks okay and helps smother other weeds.

I just let it do its thing around my more established plants.

Try and get all the roots as well (you won’t manage it, but get as much as you can).

It’s a difficult one to eradicate the root system is pretty amazing 20x more underground than on top. Digging or weed killer is only way I’ve found.
