Water, then place in a sunnier spot, preferably morning sun, for it to get accustomed. Then, after the substrate is dry again after a few days, repot into a slightly bigger terracotta pot with a drainage hole. I typically use about 70-80 percent coarse silica (the rest fine potting soil) with a top dressing.

Why wet? They are fine. If it were me, I would remove them all from that pot, use a mixture of 90% inorganic and 10% soil for succulents and cacti. I would replant it and get used to the sun or growing light. Do not place it in the sun and be careful with unnecessary watering.

Repot for sure

Some are perfectly smooth. You could water the wrinkled, but it’s not necessary.
If you are going to water them, don’t put them all in the same pot, because the smooth ones could start to rot if they are so full.
