To prop / replant the baby shoots or not?

Hi all, I’m a noob with houseplants but I have many now and love them and most are thriving! I started propping with my zz plant and snake plants and so far I think they are on the right track.

I have this plant pictured and it has baby shoot (not sure what to call it), coming out – should I just leave it and have it keep growing as is or try to replant it so it becomes its own separate plant. Any tips are very welcome!
