Some of the leaves are beginning to look like this, what am i doing wrong? It’s spreading to other leaves too, do i cut these sick leaves out? Thanks for your tips! I water it once a week and they are close to a window which doesn’t give super bright sun light. It’s also receiving close direct light from the lightbulbs on the ceiling. The AC has been going strong in the office during the summer. I also give it some plant food I bought. I think those are all the things i can share to help diagnose what it could be. Thanks

Looks like sunburn. Prob from the lightbulbs.
This is suggestive of bacterial disease. Do the leaves get wet at all?
When you say lightbulbs I assume you dont mean growlights, just general bulbs?
Dry crisp leaves like this are generally due to too much sun, not enough water, or low humidity.
Watering once a week in lower light is honestly probably too much but hard to tell. Either way it’s likely not the issue here.
If you’ve had your A/C full blast id hazard a guess at low humidity, the other two options seem much less likely
