Stumped. Sprayed it several times with neem oil top and bottom of all leaves. It seems to be getting worse. This has been outside every year for five years during the summer in indirect light. One part of it looks like sunburn, but I’m thinking it may be brown spot elsewhere? I need help!

Id check for root rot, im not seeing any sign of pests and the yellow leaves in conjuction with the wilty looking leaves suggests root rot or over watering to me
