About a month ago I tried propogating my African Violet. I planted six leaves and while they all have strong root systems, this is the first one that appears to have sprouted new growth! Am I seeing that right? Seems like a sucker to me. What do I do next – plant this one in its own pot, with the sucker above the soil? I'm doing my own research as well but curious what reddit's experts advise.
Also you can't see it well in this picture but there are two tiny leaves (practically microscopic for now) on the end of the small bit of new growth I circled.

Congrats. You just let it grow. When it is the size of a quarter, then you can seperate it out from the leaf. Replant the leaf, as it might send up more babies.
