I will go ahead and preface this; Monsteras are very light hungry plants that love bright indirect sunlight. You can see how she does in this instance but if she starts wilting or seeming to grow smaller leaves, she might not be very happy lol. It’s all trial and error! She’s a gorgeous plant overall!

Not that it will cause all your leaves to “face up”, which many people with monsteras try to avoid and instead use lights with a horizontal vector. Don’t know how strong that light is, but it looks like it would work, and that’s a good distance. As always, one is good two is better.
However, you have multiple vines in that pot and there’s no rhyme or reason to their direction. That’s going to becaome a problem. You need to put the backs of the vines against the pole, or they’re going to very quickly grow out of that pot and become unruly. As it is now, that pole is 100% useless

You can use an app to measure the lux that reaches the plant. I use the ‘Photone’ app for this.
For the Monstera Deliciosa it should be 2,000-7,000 lux for healthy growth.

I’m assuming this is not enough light. But who knows your plant might like it in your house.
Hope all goes well

Mine is similar after a recent propagation. It seems to be doing fine but I’m also in a region that gets *tons* of light.
