Hello brains trust! My dad is in hospital and having a few surgeries so I would really appreciate some tips for how I should prune his grapes so that they are producing well for when he comes back.

I have attached your picture which I’ve highlighted green the bits to keep.
Prune everything off to the main structure in the highlighted picture.
Give it some slow release fertiliser around the base, scratch into surface.
Spread a bag of compost around the area near base ( dont build up around base), water in well and let spring do.its thing.
