I repotted my FLF in a better substrate when I got my plant. I use filtered room temp water. I measure, I check drainage, etc. after repotting I got 1 new leaf and then my the apex browned and kind of crusted over. I pulled the brown shell off and the apex underneath looks weird. I didn’t lose any leafs but the new one is also very slow growing. I use fertilizer about once a month diluted. Any advice to promote growth? Or just give it time and be glad it’s not dying?

Just give it time I didn’t get any new leaves for 3 months then I got two new ones in a couple days sometimes they can be very in/off
