Does anyone know what species is in this image? Alternatively looking for an Australian native a similar shape (branches/trunk viewable lower down and dense foliage at the top) that grows preferably under 3m. Driving myself crazy (possibly nothing exists like this in which case at least I can stop looking). Thanks everyone!

Looks like an eremophila but hard to ID without close up photos
The top looks like eremophila nivea, but I didn’t think they took that form. I found this link, so my guess is a grafted eremophila nivea or similar hybrid? It’s stunning! https://resources.austplants.com.au/stories/growing-eremophila-standards/
