Second, this is Eulophia graminea, I think. It’s an orchid that spreads commonly with wood chip mulch.

I am in florida. I apologize, and what you said makes sense. This is the first year I put down mulch.. but what do I do with it? Does it bloom? Will it grow outside of the ground?

It’s an invasive terrestrial orchid from Asia that spreads like wildfire through wood mulch distribution.
However, I live up north where it can’t live outside. If you want to send it to me for a houseplant.. 😉
