This is the second baby leaf with a big brown spot that my little Ikea plant has put out. I snipped off the first one without really thinking about it. Now I'm wondering if I have a bigger problem.
I have it in a very breathable aroid mix. I do not overwater. It gets a load of sun (right up against a south-facing window). I really thought I was doing everything right.
Has anyone had this problem before? What am I doing wrong?

If this is a fiddle leaf fig, that brown on new leaves goes away. No need to cut
