I would repot the healthy ones in new soil comprised of cactus soil mixed with pumice/lava, inorganics. I would also repot the brown one, in its own pot, if the roots still look ok. Sometimes they can perk up yet they do look pretty dead. Water with some nutrients and put it in the sun.
