Good afternoon, i come for some advice. I am not sure if Im overwatering and there is root rot or im underwatering and they are drying. I have kinda low expirience, so just wanted to make sure before I continue watering as I am. Thankyou in advance for advise.

I can’t see, but how close is the soil to the leaves? The leaves shouldn’t be touching the soil, and I mean the petiole too. Also that pot is a bit big for the plant. The pot should be at least half the width it is. Potting soil looks to be okay. Feel the weight of the pot when you’ve water it. When it is much lighter, then it is time to water again. Below are some links to help.

u/RedJustice86 posted a couple of weeks ago about pot size ==> [https://www.reddit.com/r/AfricanViolets/comments/1mqewgx/guide_for_potting_from_avsa/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AfricanViolets/comments/1mqewgx/guide_for_potting_from_avsa/)
The leaves you are losing are older ones and the newer growth looks good. As user/Ok_Procedure_5209 says, the mix looks good. The pot is too big and the plant is too low in the pot. My guess is you are under watering by a bit, but don’t over correct. Too much area in the pot allows water to drown the roots.
