I have tried to propagate Thai basil so many times and failed. This time, I see roots! Are the ones with roots ready to go in soil?

I personally would but it is recommended to get “side roots” off the regular roots before planting and then water more than normal the 1st 2 weeks so it can grow soil roots and doesn’t go into shock. I personally just put them in soil and water, water, water, for about 2 weeks and it seems to work for me. (Instead of water propping)
