I need help identifying the two species that are grafted together. Every bit of care info and tips and tricks is need as I have never owned plants of this species before. I live in between hardness zones 5a and 4b, so advice on growing indoors and maybe outdoors would be greatly appreciated!

The plant on top is Euphorbia lactea, the graft stock is probably Euphorbia canariensis or Euphorbia ingens.

When caring for a grafted plant water according to the needs of the rootstock.
