This is how farmers cultivate white fungus. They cut logs from lime trees, dry them naturally in the forest, then drill small holes every 15 cm. The fungus spores are crushed, packed into the holes, and pressed tightly against the wood. The inoculated logs are stacked neatly in cool, ventilated areas with regular watering to keep them moist. After about 2 to 3 months, crystal clearar white fungus is ready to harvest. Once collected, it’s cleaned, dehydrated in dryers, and packed for the market. Beautiful in shape, soft and sweet in taste. White fungus is a perfect ingredient for desserts and sweet soups.
