I planted zinnias around my garden bed ~5 weeks ago and while most of those have taken off, these little guys just started popping up all around the stems in the last couple of weeks. I can’t seem to get a consistent ID, but are these weeds/should I be concerned? (Sorry these are taken in low light conditions, I can take more tomorrow morning if needed)

Looked like a bunch of different sized joints before I put my glasses on, still kinda does now
