I planted one late spring and it shriveled and died. I’ll try again in the fall.

When I planted last fall, it was a 2-gal from Green ‘n Growing (before they closed), and I planted it in partial sun (maybe 6 hours per day). I gave it 5 ft of space, but it’s gotten way wider and taller than that. It’s on a drip line.

Eta: it’s on a drip line, but it’s not very close to it, because it doesn’t like too much water. I planted it in large a raised bed topped with 6 in of Geo Growers Thunder Dirt over our heavy clay.

Oh beautiful! Mine is a quarter of this size, I’m impressed!
