Your soil mix looks pretty organic and I would think it’s actually too wet and the roots aren’t getting enough air. I have one of these outside in a mostly inorganic blend in full sun

Typically mine starts drooping when it wants more water but we’d be needing more info on yours – how much light does it get, how often do you water it and whats the soil mix you’ve got it in?

It’s hard to say what’s wrong with your plant when you are not giving additional info about your growing conditions.
My plant shows similar signs as yours when it is thirsty.
A small drop of water helps this condition.
1. Do you grow this indoors or outdoors?
2. How frequently do you water it and how much water is giving?
3. Any signs of pests?
4. Does this condition appear after some your or not yours actions? What happened to plant in the past week/month?
