This was a way overgrown aloe plant of mine (ooopsie, I know it’s bad) . I finally took the pups out because the mother plant(s?) is struggling. It was once a single plant from a cutting, but it decided it wanted to be three larger plants. Can I take the larger plants out just like the pups since they are technically off growth? Or, should I treat it as more of a repotting situation? TBH I can’t tell which is the og mother, because apparently I did a horrible job of centering it.

You can take the larger plants out if you want, absolutely! Honestly just depends on the look you’re going for. If I were you, I’d list some of those babies for sale on Facebook marketplace! $5 each would be fair!
