I could use some help, I'm generally just a fan of watching other people prop but my plant is sprouting roots all over. Can any help me with some idea of what it means? Does it mean the pot is too small? What should I do? I could use some help!

Aerial roots are fairly common in succulents, some more than others though and I don’t think it’s common in jades so possibly the stem has snapped or rotted below so the plant is putting out new roots.
