There is no substitute for a nice hand trim, specially when its done from the stem. The proper way to trim your flowers. If you are bucking down to a bud, yiu aren't doing yourself any favors. It rounds the buds out removing those natural nooks and cranies and strips the bud of resin and it's natural fuzzy look.

But Im sure the Hecklers in the back will have lots to say.. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

My main concern with bucking or using machines is that it knocks off the Trichome heads you can actually see the difference under a microscope!

Kudos to you OP doing things the right way even if it is the hard way!

You couldn’t pay me to be in their shoes! I hate trimming my own stuff, definitely not doing it for someone else. I do, however, appreciate the jobs it creates.

I live trimming by hand, it’s very therapeutic to me. I’m only doing around 10 5ft plants a season though, doing that all the time could definitely become tedious and take the fun out of it

  18. machines do better than hand trimmed, you just finish hand trim with the a and b buds.

Man I used to follow your stuff on IG years ago, i think IG may have just stopped recommending your posts but great to see youโ€™re still around and murdering it.

You arenโ€™t wrong imo. I sometimes use other trimming methods. Especially if I yield like +10lbs and I have to trim it all by myself. I usually hand trim my favorite plant and then trim the rest with the trimbag.
