First, repot to a much smaller pot. One that is about 1/3 the width of the current pot. When repotting add about 50% more perlite to the potting mix. I’d also bag the AV, pot and all (after repotting) after watering and letting it sit and drain for an hour. Best of Luck.

Pot it in a smaller pot, about half the diameter of that one. Use a fresh mix of commercial African Violet mixed with perlite.
