I have an employee who has an uncle with a bunch of land. We had dumped about 30 yards of excavated dirt at his house. They asked if they could use my loader to spread it. They did that and then decided to use the loader for some other work they wanted done. Needless to say, my early part of my week is now screwed

That’ll buff out
Ooh nice. That looks like grippy mud too.
Take a salt tablet
I’d never recover from a mistake like this. Mentally I’d be ready to move to another country.
That is pure stupidity
If I’m said employee I am doing everything possible to get this out without you finding out. Immediately.
Finish burying it and report it stolen
Welp is he still employed
New model – the Boggedcat
Boobcat
Ha i remember an operator doing that to a skid once. Told him to avoid xyz area because it was soft. He buried it and it took 80’ of grade 70 chain & a triaxle to get him out.
I don’t know if I’d be more upset at hiring an idiot or the ruined skidsteer
That thing is STUCK and probably going to be expensive to extract.
This one belongs to the pits now. Sorry for your loss.
thats the picture i would send back to all the employers calling asking about his work history.
no words, just that picture.
You’re gonna wanna put that thing in a bag o’ rice.
How do you get it out??
I borrowed my boss’s brand new Kubota skid steer to working on my parents farm. Got a lot done. At the end went to push some manure and make room because doing it with the tractor is a pain. This thing has tracks so it was throwing manure. I didn’t know that one side of the pile was a pond and I sunk in.
First, I almost died because if it was deep enough I wouldn’t have been able to open the door.
Second my bro pulled me out and I was so stuck that we had to put the bucket of the backhoe on the ground and curl it.
I spent all night cleaning it and the boss never knew.
Lol
No no, that’s why you don’t hire idiots. Not to say I haven’t gotten shit stuck. But this is just flat out stupid.
a nice gift for future archeologists! ” How could this have been buried here as such, if not for ritualistic purposes? “
seems like the employee and uncle owe you a rental bobcat for the duration this one is buried.
As an employee, I’d make sure there was a rental sitting in your drive Monday morning. However, I’m gonna need the day off getting yours out of the mud pit.
Make sure you clean it meticulously before using it again. I had a co worker do this a few years ago and then the owner took it out on a site a few days later and it caught fire from all the debris build up around the motor and electrical.
Can’t park there mate
That thing is well beyond the ‘trying not to tear it up’ stage of getting it out. I hope you have an excavator and trailer to move it yourself.
Oh….my…..god…..
Can’t tell you how many times Ive seen this or a machine flipped over in a pond lol
BogCat
You can’t park there
If I was the employee I might have to fake my death.
I’m not even mad… I’m impressed
Went from a Bobcat to a Ditch Witch real quick.
