A neighbour buys my eggs for her Asian egg business. She sells to Asian super markets and restaurants an egg she calls “marinated eggs”. She buys my duck eggs and my chicken eggs and she swears that my eggs are the only eggs that work. Apparently when her customers have my eggs they rave about how clear the liquid is that run out of them. She says they will pay more for the eggs she has coined “the Sunday supply”. Sunday supply because I get lazy and often only stock my stand at my gate on Sunday’s haha
But it’s got me thinking about what makes my eggs so different because I hear this a lot. And it has to be this. What you see in this video. My flock is on grass 24/7. We don’t get much snow here so they have access to grass almost all year round. This time of year they eat a lot of fruit! Especially berries
I was thinking that would be my business name since I haven’t yet made one…The Sunday Supply 🫶🏻
