Low humidity

I have a 5 x 5 tent and that is the light I'm running and I have the G6 ventilation system with the E4 2A controller two side fans for circulation I had the light running around 60% inside the tent it's 81° humidity 55 to 57. I like to raise the humidity and lower my VPD but I can't get it done. I just it won't work. I added a humidifier. I bought the Mars humidifier that thing first don't buy it not a great machine so I did buy the 19 L. VIVOSUN humidifier, which is coming tomorrow. It shouldn't be this hard for it to go up like 5°. I had the fan triggers all set. VPD set fan turns on when it gets too hot, but it won't raise the humidity even with the Mars going working fine now when the light shuts off for four hours, well even if it shuts off for like an hour 30 minutes actually temperatures all went perfect 76° 78° VPD 1.1 and humidity was at 62% soon as that light turns back on humidity lowers. I don't think I could turn my light down anymore. 60%please help.
