Should we remove as much gravel as possible? Or will dirt and sod overtop be fine? What about the section with concrete? City wants to just sod overtop. Thanks

    remove the gravel, it will cause the sod to burn out/die.

    I should add some cities do great work some don’t. If they don’t add enough dirt it’ll be easy for you to roll up sections and add dirt. Don’t forget to water water especially if you’re someplace hot right now
