Looks like it…. Depends on your preference though. 10% odd of amber tri’s is what people normally recommend. For Jack, which is one of my top 5 actually 😁, I normally harvest around 10-11 weeks. That is an estimate as genetics vary of course. I would probably be starting, or already have begun, my 2 weeks pure water flush before harvest if I was in your position 👍
Enjoy that classic smoke 😁👏👏👍

I honestly can’t discern too well the condition of the trichomes but a general rule of thumb is you wanna harvest depending on the colors/ how clear or cloudy the trichomes are. The more you wait the more amber will show up which is a sign of the degradation of the thc into cbn which is another cannabinoid that has a milder psychoactive affect but it gives that “couch lock”/sleepiness which might make it feel more potent. It looks like they’re cloudy which means it’s almost there. Regardless fucking beautiful grow for first time.

JackHerer usualy was a 9-11week finish for me depending on the cultivar, most often a 10week.
Judging from the pictures you provided easily choppable already as everything is milky and JH usualy doesnt go amber trichs, its cloudy into overripe (you can see that happening on your leafs). but thats my personal experiance. but you coud also wait another week to be sure to have pushed it to its max. if you have another round lined up, i woud chop now, to get the new round going faster. this sub tends to advise to push every plant to its absolut maximum and sometimes beyond, completly neglecting logistics of an overall grow.

When waiting for your girls to ripen, there are several considerations to make.
The pistils (hairs) will darken, shrivel, and retract into the bracts. An abundance of white pistils means that she’s not ready.
If you’re growing in a medium in which you can tell how much water she’s using, she’ll drink much less when ripe. I grow in DWC presently and at peak they’ll go through more than a gallon daily! It will reduce by about half when ripe.
When these parameters are met, then it’s time to break out the loupe or microscope and check out the trichomes.
THE TRICHOMES ON THE SUGAR LEAVES WILL TURN BEFORE THOSE ON THE ACTUAL BUD. LOOK AT THE BUD!
You want a very large majority of the trichomes to be milky and, with most strains, a few to be amber. The actual amount of darkened trichomes are up to you as the grower. A general rule of thumb is the more amber, the more couch lock!
Something to remember is that trichomes can bruise and darken when handled. You know the way we caress the buds for the fragrance?
When growing autos, a factor in knowing when to harvest is the projected growing time from the breeder. Also, some strains of autos will become overripe before the trichomes can darken. Just be aware.

Cut it down, not like it is going to be that different if you leave any longer.
The most important indicator is the pistils, when over half have changed colour it is time to consider cutting down, you have definitely come to the point where it isn’t going to be immature and taste too green.
It isn’t clear from the photo but it looks like pretty much all yours have turned colour.
Another indicator is how full/chunky the buds look, I don’t like leaving buds which have stopped growing hanging around too long.
Your buds look full, even the lower ones.
You also have quite a bit of foliage, I think you want to avoid any spores forming rather than worry about taste. It is going exceptional weed and can only be ruined by leaving it too long.
