I got some bare root everlasting strawberries and put them a Krafty hydroponic box.
Most of them seem to be doing alright but some have started to show this white "hair". It looks like moss or fungus to me but none of my other plants have them, and the strawberries look pretty healthy.
Do you guys know what this is and what I can do to fix it?

Peel off the old dead material, the brown stuff. That’s from last season’s growth. Should come off pretty easy. I believe that will help.
That’s not moss, that’s mold. The molding plants might already be dead and you can’t tell yet. The hair is the fruiting body, it has “roots” that have likely grown into your plants.
Mold like that comes from too much detritus and moisture. The dead brown matter is soaking up water and becoming a mold buffet. Clipping it away will help.
This entire post is triggering 🤣
