Finishing up releasing my house… This is the current state of the yard. We inherited a yard that was a mix of weeds, grasses and horse herb.
My goal is to go 100% horse herb if possible.
If I start mid September, what are the steps I should take? Am I too late to solarize?
I would call it a small front yard with a small side yard. I don't know the sq foot though.

Tried adding some horse herb in the spring to an area with low amount of sun and it didn’t really work out for me. Hoping someone has some advice for this.
I have horse herb and am currently doing this as well with frog fruit in the sunny areas come spring. Doing a big application of chip drop helped tamp down other issues this spring and let the horse herb thrive.
