I keep the lit on and I put water at the ground to keep everything moist. The container is near my window where it gets sun and therefore warmth. I already had to dispose of one corm bc it was moldy 🙁 but I really wanna have my mini alocasias…

Looks good to me. If you wanna speed up the process, you can carefully “peel” the outer layer of the corms. It allows the moisture the reach the corm quicker (roots developing earlier), aswell as preventing a little from rotting. 🙂
Looks pretty good; the only thing I’d suggest is to just rest the lid atop – don’t seal it – to prevent mold. I’m just using a 6.5″ pot of perlite and keeping water in the drainage tray, with an extra tray, inverted, atop; it makes a humidity dome but allows enough air flow that the corms don’t get moldy nor do the roots ever sit in water
