It was all going really well, until now. My hydro pepper plant was doing great buds grew, then flowers grew, then suddenly the plant started to wilt, I have checked and changed the hydro solution 2 days ago and it almost looks worse now. I checked the ppm and it is at 1450so around an EC of 2.2, the ph of the hydro solution was 7 when I checked it and brought it back down to 5/6 when I changed the hydro solution. I also have a fan on the plant too for air circulation.

If you need any other information let me know. I have a tomato plant wilt and die recently but I think that was due too not changing the hydro solution often enough.

Was the nutrient solution lower before you changed it? If so you might be drowning it

It could be a condition of “anoxia.” The dissolved oxygen in the water depends greatly on temperature. Has the ambient temperature risen recently? Perhaps changing the solution completely upset the balance of bacteria around the roots, and the oxygen demand skyrocketed. You could try adding an aquarium air pump. This is all just a guess.
