That was to grow a red cabbage from seed and make saurkraut from scratch. Today it was that day. From the ground into a year within an hour. I couldn't be more chuffed!
Also added some cosmic Purple carrots and Carrot tops.

    Beautiful red cabbage! Enjoy your sauerkraut, my husband used to make it in a big crock. Once it was fermented as much as we wanted it, I would can it or freeze it. Mmmm, best kraft ever!

    How did you ferment it? Or does that happen in the jar? My dad made sauerkraut a few years ago but spent a bit of money on a stoneware crock specifically for fermenting it. Whole house smelled of it for a while.
