Doing what? Flourishing, drying out? Also glass pots are prone to fail or you need to swap the dirt regularly, does it has a drainage hole?

I don’t think she’s uncomfortable at all, otherwise she wouldn’t be blooming. I recommend leaving it alone until it finishes flowering and then giving it a little house with drainage and so on. It is not etiolated (stretched), the stems usually grow that way.
