The other week I got this airplant. I gave it a water bath and put it in the window in my office. I noticed the leaves started changing colour and got a bit worried that it recieved too much sunlight over the weekend so I moved it to my desk away from the window.

I noticed today that it has a flower appearing. Does it look okay? Should I keep it by the window or leave it where it is now? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I've never taken care of a plant before.

Good news bad news!!! Airplanes turn read when they get ready to flower! They look spectacular when fully in bloom.

Bad news, that’s the end of their lifecycle.

Good news? They will often produce pups during this time so keep your eyes out for babies!!!
