Not from Austin but asking in this sub because a lot of my Cedar Elm searches on google led me here lol and considering its a pretty popular tree in Central Texas, I figure you guys are well versed with it. So, I had requested a Cedar Elm from the landscaper for my front yard but this does not look like one by any means. My brief search suggests its either a Chinese Elm or Siberian Elm. Anyone know which one it is?

It’s a cedar elm. If you think your landscaper went out of his way to install a lacebark or siberian elm, why?
