Show us pictures of the top of the petiole where the leaf meets the petiole on the largest leaf, if it has ruffles its a large form if there isnt any its small form

Observe the node spacing, large forms have tight nodes, small forms have wide spacing.
leaf shape differs too… large forms are rounder, small forms are more oval.
petiole structure: large forms have ruffled petioles, small forms have smooth ones.
growth pattern is a key sign. Large forms are crawlers with dense growth, small forms are climbers with a vining habit.
From what I can tell from pics, it looks to be small form. I do agree with the last comment to look for ruffles.

No its just a mature leaf.
If it was a true large form sport you’d be paying $1500-$2500 for that plant
