they planted many of these near İzmir too! the main road from Güzelbahçe to Seferihisar got renovated / redesigned / replanted. they look stunning, proper cultivating work! and they must have been expensive, not like your average oleander that grows anywhere on its own 😀
i hope belediye takes good care of them, not like the many attempts of plantings along the roads that then somehow get forgotten and dry out and die 😬
