This “weed” has shot up in my yard over past couple weeks.


This has grown quickly from within my boxwood over the past couple of weeks. Have never seen it before on my property. (Maryland)

    Looks like forsythia. I’m not sure though. I live in Georgia and have not seen a weed that looks like that here.

    Bittersweet. Noxious invasive. Rip it up by the roots (which are orange). Do not let it grow and take over. Never trust a vine. You have virginia creeper vine in the back as well, which i believe is native to MD. Keep an eye on it, but the bittersweet is the enemy here
