My red lunchbox peppers have been very tiny – same size or slightly bigger than cherry tomatoes. They are in a 5 gal pot. Would pruning the bottom side stems help produce more normal sized lunchbox peppers or is it too late now to prune? They taste great so I guess I can’t be too mad if I’m stuck with tiny peppers!

Never seen that variety in a nursery, I grow from saved seeds the ones you buy in the bag of red, yellow and orange mini peppers. Occasionally get tiny ones, but most are normal sized.

My first ones were decent sized but the last batch has been very small. Idk what happened. But then again, most of my plants have petered off like this.
