  1. We have bees, and there really is absolutely no need to warm up the honey, so i never understood why people would do that. Probably to make it go through the filter faster. The light colored, thick honey like you are using is my absolute favorite. My mom doesn't like honey but she will eat that. When we prep the honey and put it on the spinner, i do believe that thick raw honey will float to the top of the rest of the honey. I am not sure what the bee keepers exactly say what it is, or why the bees make it, I just know that I love it. You don't get a lot of it, so normally when people sell it, it does cost a little more than your golden honey. (Our neighbor got my husband into being a bee keeper. I don't know a whole lot about them, i just help with processing the honey when he takes some away from the hives)

I buy only cacao, but i get it from thrive. I'm always keeping my eye out for a better deal. Definitely will have to look the kind up that you're using. We really should eat more of it, I guess it helps with our cortisol. Goodness, I could use all the help i can because I'm nearing menopause and this perimenopause is kicking my butt. 😂😂

    Have a blessed weekend! ❤

  2. ❤ I just started to learn about different chocolate sources that are contaminated with lead and cadmium and other heavy metals… 😮 but your choice by Vivanaturals states that it's third-party tested and is well below the danger threshold. SO GOOD TO KNOW. I use monkfruit drops to sweeten everything. Your mug looks delicious 😋!

  3. Oh oh oh, i will use my frother to blend up raw cream with a little tiny bit of our maple syrup and pour that over my coffee. So so so good. I bet it would make the chocolate drink delicious too. Ok, I'm so trying your drink today. 😂😂😂😂

  4. Good Morning Kaye – Thanks for showing your favorite morning beverage. I tend to use maple syrup more than honey so wonder if that would be good with cacao. I've seen the cacao nibs used too but did not get those. Looks like another beautiful morning on your homestead. Have a great weekend…

  5. To take the most advantage of my coffee after getting a CAC scan and finding out I have a lot of plaque in my cardiac arteries, I have bullet proof coffee daily and my overall diet and lifestyle changes have brought my CAC score down 375 points in 9 months. BPC ingredients are all geared toward anti-inflammatory vascular health and aid in reversing CAD plaque in the arteries. To coffee I add: 2 egg yokes (priceless mineral nutrition w/no smell ,no taste), cinnamon (taste ,anti-inflammatory), baking soda (keeps ph level 7.0), collagen (hair, skin, nails), Creatine (artery walls, muscles) and a scoop of combo mix of L-Arginine HCI, L-Citrulline, Taurine for artery health and 1 tbsp real butter. To this yummy gruel I add one tbsp of Hershey's not-really chocolate syrup to up the taste. Mix with a hand blender. That's my breaking the fast morning coffee blend and I won't be hungry until 2pm or later (intermittent fasting)

  6. This was such a great watch, thanks for sharing it with us! A bit off-topic, but I want to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have 12 words: clap zone acid tube also among tape museum boy film soda salt. What's the best way to send them to Binance?

  7. Thank you for showing us the mystery behind your morning drink. I always thought you were using the nibs and just couldn't imagine it. I like to drink cacao shell tea and in the winter will sometimes make hot cacao from cacao powder. Every once in a blue moon I will put nibs on my yogurt or in homemade granola. But I like the cacao shell tea the best.

  8. Oh, Kaye, that looks divine!! I had 1 of 'those' coffees before work this morning it tasted of chemicals. Which really spoiled the nice full cream milk they use. I shall tell them to leave the coffee out when I'm brave enough to ditch the caffeine! If they sold cacao like you make it, I would treat myself to a cup of that once a week instead!!

  9. Good Morning Kaye! I bet this is so good. We purchase a five pound bag of fresh roasted coffee beans from Hoboken Coffee Roasters in Guthrie, Oklahoma and I just drink it black. I do doll it up once in a while with cinnamon and local honey. I will have to try the cocao. Thank you for sharing! Have an awesome e weekend! Wendy🙏🇺🇸🐞

  10. Thank you ☺️… Alulose is my go to sweetener..
So Cacao is NOT the same as unsweetened coco powder?

  11. You do know that it is common knowledge that eating local honey is much better for you as it carries all the pollen that grows locally and is great if you have any allergies. I have always found local raw honey where I have moved to.
