The leaves have been browning in small areas, stable about a year so I didn’t think anything of it, just assumed it was from not staying on top of watering. I water usually once every 5-7 days. It gets a lot of indirect sunlight. This week I noticed these brown dome like bumps on the backs of the leaves. They do not come off when scraped. Is a pest? Scale?

they do look kinda like scale. but they would come off if you scratched at them. if you think its part of the leaf it may be some kind of edema thing, from watering.
