Was wondering if this is normal growth for lithops seedlings, it seems like they haven't grown for the past month or 2 and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Also, should I try to separate the clusters? I've read to wait till 1 year to repot since the tap roots are so fragile but I don't want them to not have room to breathe.
For context~ I've been watering them lightly everyday since they started sprouting and haven't had any die off yet (that I know of). About 80/100 sprouted but again, it seems like they've stopped growing.
As for the potting medium, it's mostly pumice, some vermiculite, perlite, horticultural sand, and cactus soil but the majority of the medium is chunky/ rocky.

That is so cool, you are growing them from seeds. I’m interested in what the experienced Lithop growers have to say. I want to try this. 😃

Fertilize them! 1/8th-1/4 strength diluted fertilizer. Seedlings need a bit more organic material, it helps give them a boost of nutrients to get them out of the delicate stages. Plus they can handle much more moisture than adult plants.

Bonus pic of some of my own seedlings, almost a year old.
