Microbe-lift BMC is also a good one. A couple drops per gallon of water. I like that it’s liquid form and you don’t have to make a messy brew like with mosquito bits. The bits will also mold if you apply them directly to the soil. Make sure you store BTI in the dark because it degrades quickly under light,

only thing that has worked for me is nematodes!
